Truffle Hearts Recipe

1. Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, cocoa powder, and nuts, stirring until well mixed. Press mixture onto waxed paper surface and roll to about 1/2″ thickness.
3. Hearts can be dipped in tempered chocolate, or rolled in powdered sugar or cocoa powder. Another idea is to use valentine cake decorations or sprinkles to dress up your truffles.
Place finished truffles in valentine paper candy cups or present in a heart shaped box or candy dish. Your sweetheart will love these special chocolate gems.
